Prodigious

Prodigious was originally designed for a musician friend of mine, as a favour.

I used a lot of organic colours, rounded corners, old paper overlay and grunge effects to create an open, comfortable vibe. It’s broken in, like that favourite pair of jeans you’ve had for five years.

I tried to focus on clean typography with realist devices added to the photos. Detailed hovers in the navigation add to the “specialness”.

This design also features integration with the great GigsCalendar plugin for WordPress and a custom homepage template.
